Our Company

Gerry moved to Albuquerque in 1975 from Florida where for 7 years after earning his real estate license he worked in the residential markets. His career includes being a (retired) manager with Boeing as well as an owner/manager of his own businesses. Gerry brings his real estate expertise and his knowledge of business and finance as an Associate Broker in Albuquerque's finest real estate firm - Coldwell Banker Legacy.



Dew Williams is not a Realtor but she assists Gerry and his clients in smoothing out the process of buying or selling their homes. She not only helps in keeping the paperwork flowing and on time she also assists his listing clients stage their homes so that they make the best first impression possible. Dew also greets each visitor at our open houses and makes sure that they get the home's literature and collects their contact information if they want a second showing.
